For me personally, I am covered by my husband's health care (he is employed at a major University). What I don't understand is what the road forward from this is and how we can help. I just signed a letter that SMB is going to submit somewhere. But what can we do other than that?
@JBJ2110 I would recommend reaching out to your member of Congress and sharing your concerns. The House introduced a resolution that would reaffirm its commitment to the ACA and protections for people with pre-existing conditions, but there's more that can be done. Small business owners who are concerned about what this means for the future of the ACA can also write letters to the editor and reach out to us for other ways to get involved. And we're hosting a webinar this week to answer this very question! You can still sign up here: http://www.smallbusinessmajority.org/events/webinar-what-s-next-small-business-healthcare-2176
